Nick Winder FCILT
Nick is our managing director here at WIN, leading our business with his wealth of industry experience spanning 24 years. Nick’s background has been focused on the transport, retail and consumer sectors where he has worked for blue chip organisations such as DHL, ASDA, Eddie Stobart and NFT.
Caroline Parker
Caroline is our Marketing Director and is on board the team to coordinate and deliver the WIN marketing strategy. Caroline has vast experience in the marketing industry with excellent insights into marketing communications. As a director of a fifth generation family business as well, Caroline knows business inside and out.
Ian Stansfield
Ian is an expert in the UK Retail, Logistics and Supply Chain industries. As a Non-Executive Director at WIN, his 30 years of industry experience allows us to optimise our services as we help businesses solve their logistics and supply chain problems.
John Thomson
John brings his expert knowledge and insight from 23 years within the industry to his role as our Director of Brokerage Services. Having worked with blue-chip retail clients including DHL and NFT he provides comprehensive experience in operations, planning and project management.
Sadie Weston
As a Non-Executive Director here at WIN Sadie supports and advises the group in relation to our logistics recruitment. She is also responsible for the development and delivery of permanent logistics recruitment for WIN. Sadie is the owner and managing director of three businesses within the recruitment logistics sector.
Glyn Jones
Glyn is our Funding Advisor and brings his collective experience of nearly 20 years across the finance, medical and business sectors to WIN. Glyn has experience with a wide range of SMEs, and has developed extensive knowledge of the mainstream and alternative finance markets to help his clients overcome their challenges while navigating the complicated world of funding.
Chris Jennings
Chris has joined Win Logistics to build and grow the Executive recruitment division. Max Ward
A qualified accountant with over 24 years of experience advising business owners and financial institutions, Max has a wealth of expertise that he brings to the group in his role as our Corporate Finance Director. What makes Max different to many in the Corporate Finance and Funding market is that he has worked on all sides of a transaction.
Jayne O'Keeffe
Jayne is an integral part of the WIN logistics team as the PA to our managing directors. She has been supporting small businesses in all aspects of their administration for over 10 years and brings that experience to WIN to keep our team on track. In addition to her exceptional organisational skills, Jayne also manages the business’s finances.
